Alter Eco Community Cookbook

Ingredients

2 cups of Alter Eco Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar 1 cup of granulated sugar 1 cup of oat meal ½ pound chocolate chips 2 bars of ALTER ECO Dark Blackout Chocolate 2 eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 sticks of butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix sugars and butter together until creamy
Mix in eggs, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
Fold in oatmeal, then chocolate chips.
Place on greased pan, a tablespoon amount.
Takes 10-12 minutes to cook. These cookies are crisp!
Place cookies on a rack to cool.
After cookies are cool, and you have tested a few, dip them into the chocolate!
Dip
Place a double broiler on the stove.
Wait for the water to come to a boil.
Place the bar of ALTER ECO Dark Blackout Chocolate into the broiler
Stir the chocolate till completely melted.
Then do the legit dip! You know you are helping farmers increase their profits by taking away the middle man and it is delicious!
