Chocolate Velvet Brownies

Ingredients

6 oz ALTER ECO Organic Dark Velvet Chocolate (approx 1 2/3 bars) - chopped into small chunks 3/4 cup of butter 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup of Alter Eco Unrefined Ground Cane Sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325′ F. Grease a 9×13-inch pan.

Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate chunks and butter together. Stir often to ensure even melting, and be careful not to let the mixture burn. Remove from heat once it is completely melted and well blended. (But leave it in the double boiler to keep the mixture warm)

Stir in the sugar into the chocolate.

In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs and vanilla together. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate and gently fold and stir in until well blended.

Stir in the flour into the chocolate mixture. Stir until completely blended and smooth.

Pour the brownie mixture into the greased 9×13 pan, place in center of oven and bake for 35-40 min.
Let brownies cool completely before cutting. Enjoy!
